CIVIL FOREMAN

We are looking for a “Civil Foreman” with minimum 6-8 years of UAE experience in Civil construction field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates site activities including excavation, formwork, concreting, masonry, and finishing works as per drawings and specifications.
• Prepares daily progress reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing site activity and labor performance.
• Provides construction-related technical input and resolves site issues in coordination with the site engineer or project manager.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Keeps tools and equipment in good working condition by overseeing regular maintenance and reporting repair needs.
• Maintains project records including manpower deployment, material usage, and work progress.
• Guides & trains site workers & subcontractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently & safely.
• Stays updated with construction techniques and regulations through ongoing learning and collaboration with technical staff.
• Contributes to overall project goals by effectively coordinating with other disciplines on site.
• Reads and interprets civil drawings, structural plans, and construction specifications.
• Assists in planning work schedules, estimating material requirements, and coordinating deliveries.
• Liaises with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure work is progressing as per expectations.
• Participates in site meetings, documents observations, & implements required corrective actions.
• Suggests improvements or modifications to construction methods and ensures implementation.
• Oversees site housekeeping and ensures equipment and tools are properly stored and maintained.
• Performs any other duties assigned by the Management, Project Manager or Site Engineer.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of site procedures, concrete works, finishing, and structural construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities on site.
