We are looking for an “Executive Secretary” with minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in supporting a high-level executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/externals.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the executive.
  • Organize meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries (domestic & international).
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests for the executive’s attention.
  • Support with event planning, logistics, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive in anticipating needs.
